- fix mismatched parentheses in Communication Security section
- add explicit {#token-endpoint} anchor to Token Endpoint heading
- replace hardcoded section numbers with cross-references in ABNF appendix
The error and error_uri syntax sections used plain-text section
numbers '7.2' and '8.5' instead of proper {{anchor}} references.
Replace with {{error-response}} to match how error_description
was already referenced.
